About Us

CEM Talent is a digital media agency and management company established in 2021 by Anthony Calder and a business partner with the ambition of becoming a leading digital and talent agency.

The team has been running Racing TV social media offshoot Raceday.RTV since February 2022. Its aim? Bringing horseracing to a new and younger audience via Instagram, Tik Tok and Twitter. The business acquired the Chelsea vegan handbag brand Wilby late in 2021.

Calder's father Tony was manager of the Rolling Stones from 1963 to 1967 and founded Immediate Records, giving his son an unrivalled insight into the music business. Anthony worked with his father on the licensing deal for Eddy Grant with Mercury Records in 2008, helping Grant to a new publishing deal with EMI a year later.

Calder was involved in negotiating access for the Swedish digital label X5 Music to the vast catalogues at the Majors, resulting in its later acquisition by Warner Music.

After a break from the entertainment industry to work in the London property market, CEM are now collaborating with creatives and businesses in exciting new ventures representing and managing talented players in the world of music and sport, authors, journalists, presenters, and influencers/content creators.

The agency has high growth plans and is dedicated to being a world leading talent agency, committed to the representation of artists, sportspeople, content creators, presenters, authors, journalists and other creatives.
